The construction of the ACS line starts with
an extremely durable polyethylene shell that is then filled with polyurethane
foam. This is the same foam used in standard surfboard construction.
To ensure that the finished surfboard is an exact reproduction of
the original proven shape, the entire procedure takes place in a mould
that maintains the shape of the board. The result is a virtually ding-proof
surfboard that makes it easy for a wide range of people to experience
the thrill of surfing.
