Billabong Pro Tahiti Round 1 ON at Teahupo’o, Round 2 on Standby

TEAHUPO’O, Tahiti (Thursday, August 15, 2013) – Round 1 of the Billabong Pro Tahiti has been called ON this morning in clean three-to-four foot (1 – 1.5 metre) waves at Teahupo’o with competition commencing at 7:30am. With good conditions on offer today, event organizers have placed Round 2 of competition on standby for a possible start this afternoon.

CAPBRETON, France (Wednesday, September 25, 2013) – Sally Fitzgibbons (AUS) 22, has won the Roxy Pro France today in Seignosse Le Penon narrowly defeating fellow Australian Tyler Wright (AUS) 19, in clean 3-4Ft surf.

Penultimate event on the 2013 ASP Women’s World Championship Tour, the Roxy Pro France marks Fitzgibbons’s first event win this season. GUINCHO, Cascais/Portugal (Saturday, October 5, 2013) – Freshly-crowned 2013 ASP Women’s World Champion Carissa Moore (HAW), 21, capped off a banner day at Guincho Beach by claiming the EDP Cascais Girls Pro presented by Billabong over an in-form Sally Fitzgibbons (AUS), 22.
