Today\u2019s action opens up with the remaining two heats of Round 1, beginning at 10:30am, before commencing Round 2 of competition.<\/p>\n<p>Event No. 3 of 10 on the 2009 ASP World Tour, the Billabong Pro Tahiti went on hold for most of the morning while event organizers monitored wind conditions to secure the best possible start time.\u201cWe\u2019ve been on hold all morning keeping an eye on the conditions and it looks like the wind it becoming favorable and we\u2019re gearing up for a start,\u201d Luke Egan, Billabong Pro Contest Director, said. \u201cWe\u2019re looking at a 10:30am start, but if we get everyone situated prior, we may start earlier.
