Surfing in Phuket
Phuket’s surf season usually runs from May to October, when the southwest monsoon brings waves to the west coast. Beaches like Kata, Kamala and Bang Tao are popular with beginners, while spots like Kalim Reef are better suited to more experienced surfers.
