Laem Singh Beach Surf Conditions
Laem Sing is 20 minutes north of Patong, You can't see the beach from the road and there were two small parking areas about half way up the hill past the north end of Kamala Beach, or further along just before Surin beach, but now a private land owner has moved in and blocked foot access to the beach. The only access now is by longtail boat, either from Kamala Beach or Surin Beach, or there is a small pathway from Surin Beach that leads around the headland.
The rock formations along Laem Sing Beach offer some very fast surfing waves excellent for body boards. Laem Sing can be surfed on most tides and picks up even the smallest swell. There are still a few beach vendors and the occasional jet-ski, but it is still a pleasant little beach to check out.
