Heading out of Kata Noi turn right at the Orchidacea resort (formerly Pop's Cottage) and follow the signs towards Prom Thep Cape and then to Nai Harn Beach. The drive is one of the most scenic on the island as you follow the coast and look down along the beaches back to Patong. Nai Harn is probably one of the least crowded beaches on the island.

At the Northern end when you first arrive at the beach there is a beach and reef break in the corner, right in front of Le Royal Meridien Phuket Yacht Club. This break can hold bigger swells and can get very good. At the southern end of the beach in front of a small lagoon there is a nice permanent sand-bank which works even in the smallest swells. It's a long ride and often gets fast and barrelly.
